Taficita Tablet Description:

Taficita tablet contains a combination of two antiretroviral drugs, Emtricitabine and Tenofovir Alafenamide, which are only effective against RNA viruses (retroviruses) such as the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). These drugs each inhibit the action of the virus-specific enzyme reverse transcriptase (RT), which is necessary for the replication of the virus.

Uses:

Taficita Tablet is used in the treatment of HIV infection.

Side Effects:

Headache, Gastrointestinal upset (nausea, diarrhoea, constipation, stomach pain), Dizziness, Fatigue, Rash, Difficulty Sleeping, Depression.

Dosage:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Taficita Tablet is to be taken with food.
